 The Role

This role is for a talented and ambitious Biddable Executive who is looking for the opportunity to make their mark within a growing agency.

The Biddable Executive will join our growing team in a client facing role that is responsible for supporting the wider team in the planning, activation, optimisation and reporting on all biddable media platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.

We are in the business of helping our clients grow their business through smart investment in media. We are looking for someone to join our growing team to support our paid social and search activity which we deliver to a world class standard. We have a sound infrastructure of automated reporting and need someone who can continually review the tools we are using and make sure that every client, no matter their size has a solid approach to paid social media and search.

Alongside the paid social and paid search teams the Biddable Executive will work extremely closely with the SEO, analytics and wider media specialists, but it is their responsibility to make sure the activity we are running is well run and communicated to clients in a clear way.

 The key responsibilities of the Biddable Executive will include but are not limited to:


  • To work with the wider team in planning and optimising the media mix for biddable campaigns.
  • Provide prompt and efficient support to the Biddable team in the implementation of day-to-day activities involved in client account management and service, online campaign management and reporting.
  • Support the team in managing the accounts budgets throughout the month via collating relevant information and keeping systems up to date.
  • Carry out daily housekeeping checks for each account within the team while providing feedback to the team of any potential problems.
  • Produce and carry out regular and accurate reporting across client accounts.
  • Become competent at running client reports, analysing the data, giving insights into campaign performance and advise on optimisations to deliver to client’s KPI's.
  • Delivering on our agency promise across everything they do.
  • Contribute to client calls and meetings.
  • Regularly auditing accounts to improve performance.
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers and partners to resolve any issues as they arise.
  • Manage and co-ordinate our freelancers where necessary to ensure our high quality of work is maintained


 The Biddable Executive will need to have the following skills:


  • Understanding of where paid social fits in the wider digital marketing mix
  • An understanding of the commercials of online marketing and e-commerce
  • Ability to manage own workload to ensure that individual, team and company targets are achieved
